The Non-Commutative Geometry group at the University of Copenhagen

Founded on a long tradition of operator algebras in Copenhagen, the Non-Commutative Geometry group aspires to be one of the world's best. Lead by Ryszard Nest the group's permanent staff comprises

and presently 3 postdocs and 8 PhD students. Through our participation in the Center of Symmetry and Deformation with our colleagues in the university's Topology group, and various grants of which Haagerup's European Research Chair is the most prominent, we have ample resources to support our aspirations by frequent events such as master classes, conferences, workshops as well as our weekly seminar.

Our department is open for visits by anyone seeking excellence in the area. Please contact any of the permanent staff if you see a good opportunity to stop by.
